Information We Collect

We ask for or collect following types of personal information to provide better services to all of our users, existing clients and potential new clients

Your rights and choice to help manage privacy

  • Cancel subscription of e-mail and Newsletter

  • Data Breach: If any application, request or order is originating from a legal or administrative authority concerning your personal data and/or in case of an unfortunate data breach or threat that may compromise your Personal Information collected by 8therate, we will inform you within 72 hours, to the extent we are legally authorized to do so.

Redirection to 3rd party websites and Embedded Content

  • While using the offerings, you may come across links to third party websites. When you click on a link of any other website or location, you will leave our offerings and go to another website, and another entity may collect Personal Information or Anonymous Data from you.
